I shoot for a walk everyday when possible…mindful walking is part of my rehab. Love it! Thanks for visiting my blog!

I find a daily walk best, although it doesn’t always happen. So I have a large scoop of self compassion and remind myself that once a week is okay too… more than that and I feel even better!

Betchya stopped by this page hoping to hear about Who as in me… the Wednesday Walker… hehehe…. at the moment this is a bit of an experiment to explore exactly that… who is this person clicking away at the keys behind that computer screen? Rediscovering myself and wondering how that rediscovery comes across in print… so…. what do you think? will you indulge my experiment? Is this blog written by a male? female? younger than yourself? older?… anything jump out at you?
